Requirement:Design and build 2 identical SD DSNG OB vehicles destined for Libya.

Mercedes 816 Vario chassis, fully ply-lined and insulated, along with custom designed and built equipment racks and production desks.
2x ceiling mounted Coleman air conditioning units serving the production area and a self-contained Electrolux unit for the equipment racks.
3x Sony DXC-D55 Triax SD cameras with wiring for a fourth.
32x32 Evertz SDI router wired through four high density video jackfields and a 12 input For-A HD compatible vision mixer. Vision mixer sources are monitored by a multiviewer LCD monitor as well as individually monitored camera and VTR sources for engineering and production.
24 input Yamaha digital audio console with fully assignable inputs/outputs and PFL monitoring. All audio sources and destinations are balanced and wired through twin 48 way jackfields.
Riedel Performer comms matrix with 3 internal panels and 4 external beltpacks. UHF external radio talkback.
Roof mounted KU band 1.2m satellite dish and 400W amplifier in an aerodynamic fibreglass pod.
